1177 is Sweden’s one-stop number for information and services within health and care. It offers healthcare advice, information, inspiration and e-services. You can reach the healthcare counselling service around the clock on the website 1177.se and on the telephone number 1177. If you are using a phone registered in a country other than Sweden, call +46 771 1177 00.

When should I call 1177?

Call 1177 if you or a relative has fallen ill and need to consult a nurse or if you want help finding your way around the healthcare system. You can read about illnesses, medicines and treatments yourself at 1177.se.

In the event of an acute, life-threatening condition, you should always call 112.
