Monitoring of alarm incidents
Shows how many alarm incidents have taken place during the current year, including service matters. The report is sent out continuously each month unless otherwise agreed.
Summary of matters
Information about all alarm matters, excluding service matters, that have been received by our alarm centre within the desired time period. The report also shows within what time they have been answered by our alarm operators. The report is sent out continuously each month unless otherwise agreed.
Matter report
Information about a specific matter. Can be sent out continuously or on request.
Authorisation list
Information about which persons are on an authorisation list and which objects this authorisation list is linked to.
Action plan
Information about all action plans for all alarm categories at a specific object.
Summary on-call service customer
Information about the total number of calls for a certain period. Applies only to agreements relating to on-call services.
Calls per hour and weekday
Information about the number of incoming calls per weekday and hour. Applies only to agreements relating to on-call services.
