If you are planning to carry out work on a customer's premises you can disable an alarm function or the entire alarm transmitter for a maximum of 12 hours via My Pages. You need to be a registered My Pages user with BankID and have approval from your customer. If the customer is not yet active on My Pages and has not made a choice regarding service company, you can gain access to the alarm transmitter by searching for its complete alarm transmitter number.
If you as an installer are going to remove an existing alarm transmitter without replacing it with a new one, you create a case in My Pages.
