You send an SMS to 112.
You first need to register your mobile phone on the SOS Alarm website.
How SMS112 works
Tell us in your SMS:
- What has happened.
- Where you are.
The SOS operator will write questions to you by SMS.
You reply by SMS.
Other ways to get support
- You can call 112 via Teletal if you need assistance during the call.
- You can use PTS relay services.
- You can use Real-time text in calls with 112.
