For you as a customer

As a customer and owner of the alarm object, you disable the alarm yourself on My Pages. Remember to enter the desired end time.

A temporary change is ordered by an authorized person at the company by filling in a request via the form below.

Permanent change of contact details or authorized persons

In My Pages you can fill in an action form with new contact persons, security companies, authorized persons etc. by searching for the relevant alarm object and clicking Change actions.

Temporary change of contact details or authorized persons

If you want to change individual details for a limited period (for example during vacation or illness) you create a case on My pages and the Customer Center will assist you.

Please note that the above changes will not take effect until you have received confirmation from the Customer Center that the changes have been registered and the case has been closed.

Only an authorized person can change the password, authorization code or authorized person by submitting a case via My Pages.

If you are an installer you need to be on your company's authorization list.

An authorized person can create a case via My Pages.

• For customers: The change must be made by an A-authorized person at the company.
• For installers: To make the change you need to be on your company's authorization list.

If you need to make changes to your on-call list, you can contact us at kundcenter@sosalarm.se. You should include the following information in the email:

• Name
• Email
• Phone number
• Attach on-call list

If you need additional telephone answering service beyond what is agreed, fill in the attached form and we will help you as soon as possible.

We collaborate with the rescue service and charge this on their behalf. Your local rescue service can provide you with more information. Contact details can be found on the invoice.

It means that you have had more alarm events than those included in your contract. The alarm events that occur beyond the agreed level are invoiced in arrears, the year after the events have taken place.

If you need a copy of an invoice, you can create a case by filling in the form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We invoice you in accordance with what is stated in your contract. If you are unsure about which services you have with us, you can review your contract in the first instance. If you do not have the contract available, you can order a copy by filling in the form.

According to the Swedish Tax Agency, value added tax (VAT) is to be paid on the fees that the rescue service charges for automatic alarm handling, such as unnecessary false alarms.

The person responsible for the contract can log in to My Pages and create a case to order a copy of the contract.

Yes. It is possible to transfer your contract to another legal entity. This can be done by the person responsible for the contract or an authorized signatory. You create a case by filling in the form.

The notice period is stated in your contract. Please note that you need to terminate your contract three (3) months before the contract period expires, after which it is extended by one (1) year at a time.

If you do not have access to your contract you can order a copy of your contract. You can easily do this via My Pages or by filling in the form.

To terminate the contract you submit your case via the form. The termination must be made by the person responsible for the contract or an authorized signatory.

As the current person responsible for the contract you can yourself add, remove or change the contract manager by creating a case on My Pages.

New user for My Pages

Before you register yourself and/or your company you need to ensure that you do not already have access to My Pages. If you already have an account the person who is administrator for the company's details can easily add new users with the correct authorization.

Information about all alarm matters, excluding service matters, that have been received by our alarm centre within the desired time period. The report also shows within what time they have been answered by our alarm operators. The report is sent out continuously each month unless otherwise agreed.

Matter report

Information about a specific matter. Can be sent out continuously or on request.

Authorisation list 

Information about which persons are on an authorisation list and which objects this authorisation list is linked to.

Action plan

Information about all action plans for all alarm categories at a specific object.

Summary on-call service customer

Information about the total number of calls for a certain period. Applies only to agreements relating to on-call services.

Calls per hour and weekday

Information about the number of incoming calls per weekday and hour. Applies only to agreements relating to on-call services.
